Experienced Ruby on Rails developer required to join this exciting E-Commerce development and hosting company. You will be actively involved in continually improving the customer experience using web analytics, split-testing and regular site enhancements.

You will ideally have experience in the following:

• At least 12 months commercial experience developing in Ruby on Rails.

Ruby on Rails developer

We are seeking an experienced Restful Ruby on Rails developer with demonstrable experience in building exciting and innovative applications. Ideally, you will also have a keen interest in social software, although that is not essential.

You will spend much of your time working closely with consultants, designers and other developers in our Social Media team. As such, in addition to very high technical standards, we also expect you to have good social and communication skills and be used to working well in a team environment.

Abilities and Experience
1. Excellent knowledge and experience of architecting and implementing robust web applications using a variety of technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Flash/Flex and ActionScript on the client side and PHP, Java or Ruby on Rails on the server side
