RubyPeople – Through our close partnership with the Ruby on Rails community in Switzerland we have been tasked with finding a Chief Technical Officer (CTO) for a RoR development firm near Zurich.
You’d be the team lead for about 6 senior Ruby on Rails Software Developers. The company have achieved complete social network implementation from scratch using Ruby on Rails Version 2.0.2. Your role will involve Redmine Collaboration, User Story based development with Rspec and “User Story Runner” and Cruise Control, and use Globalize for internationalization. You’ll be familiar with Restful Application, HAML for views, capistrano for deployment, the Debian GNU/Linux Operating System, and PostgreSQL Server.
